Pump & Valve is a specialised product division of Sino Machinery Industries (SMI), supplying industrial pumps, valves, and flow control components to clients in oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation, and mining. Our responsibility extends beyond product quality and delivery. Environmental Responsibility

Many of the industries we serve — chemical processing, oil & gas, water treatment — operate under strict environmental regulation. We hold ourselves to equivalent standards in our own manufacturing operations.

• Energy & Resource Efficiency

  Energy and resource efficiency are prioritised across all production processes, with ongoing review of consumption and waste at each manufacturing stage.

• Waste Management & Emissions Control

  Waste management and emissions control are implemented in accordance with Chinese regulations and international best practices applicable to metal casting, machining, and surface treatment.

• Material Responsibility

  We give preference to materials and processes with lower environmental impact, without compromising the mechanical and corrosion-resistance properties required for industrial fluid handling applications.

Product Safety & Application Responsibility

Pumps and valves are safety-critical components in many of the applications we serve. Process failures caused by substandard equipment can result in environmental incidents, plant shutdowns, or personnel injury. We take this responsibility seriously.

• No Military or Restricted Applications

  We do not supply equipment for military, nuclear, or restricted end-use applications.

• Standards Compliance

  All products are manufactured in compliance with the applicable international standard for the application — ANSI, API, ISO, DIN, EN, or GB — and supplied with the corresponding documentation.

• Third-Party Inspection

  We support and facilitate third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV, and other internationally recognised bodies where required by the client or application.

Community Support & Social Contribution

As part of the broader SMI Group, Pump & Valve participates in group-level community initiatives including emergency relief, education support, and skills development programmes in our operating regions.
